[dt. Arbeitsblatt] (Tabellenblatt), das Dokument oder der Teil eines Dokuments eines Tabellenkalkulationsprogramms, in den ein Anwender Daten eingibt; manchmal auch als Synonym für »Tabellenkalkulation« verwendet.
 
Ein Tabellenblatt ist aus Spalten und Zeilen aufgebaut, die jeweils in einzelne Zellen untergliedert sind. Jede Zelle stellt einen Schnittpunkt zwischen einer Zeile und einer Spalte dar, und besitzt daher eine eindeutige Position innerhalb des Tabellenblatts. Diese Position kann durch Formeln oder Verzweigungen (Bezüge) direkt angesprochen werden. Häufig werden dabei die Spalten durch Buchstaben, die Zeilen aber durch Nummern gekennzeichnet.
 
Bei vielen Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen (z. B. Excel) sind Tabellenblätter Teil einer sog. Arbeitsmappe, wobei hier »Arbeitsmappe« nichts anderes als die Datei bzw. das Dokument bedeutet, in der/dem gearbeitet wird. Eine Arbeitsmappe kann aus vielen Tabellenblättern bestehen.
